Music Monday is a free and open-to-the public monthly concert series hosted by The Forum. Performances take place in The Forum's ground-floor Atrium on Monday evenings, once a month. RSVP is encouraged. Please visit The Forum's website for the full calendar of events.
For December's event, The Forum will host Every Voice Choirs for a special "Community Caroling" holiday performance. Performers will include chorus members from the Every Voice Kids Choir, Youth Choir, Concert Choir, and Hunter Singers. Get ready to sing along to your favorite holiday songs!
Based at Columbia University Teachers College, Every Voice Choirs is celebrating its tenth year of helping children discover their voices and share them with pride. Everyone is welcome in EVC's core choirs - Kids Choir and Youth Choir - without audition. EVC VoiceAbility is for children ages 9-13 with special needs. EVC's Concert Choir performs challenging works in collaboration with premiere choirs and orchestras, including two performances at Carnegie Hall this season. EVC’s choirs have performed at Merkin Hall, Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, and CitiField, as well as in film and television productions. EVC welcomes new singers - join us!
