Jillian Trumpet Creative is a Bronx-based fiber art business specializing in handcrafted batik goods and DIY batik painting kits. Rooted in centuries-old resist dyeing techniques, their products celebrate the vibrant intersection of color, pattern, and creative expression.
Each item is designed using dye-resist methods like batik, shibori, paste resist and other textile dyeing techniques, transforming natural fabrics into functional art for the home and for creative exploration. They offer a collection of artisanal home goods—including batik-printed pillow covers, table linens, tote bags, and wall hangings—alongside a robust line of batik painting kits that invite customers to become creators themselves.
